Port of Liverpool Strike Cancelled
On 04.11.2022 Neptune notified you that further industrial action at the Port of Liverpool had been announced for the period 14.11.2022 to 21.11.2022.
However, we are pleased to update you that this strike action has now been cancelled and VBS slots are expected to operate as normal.
Peel Ports, the operator of Liverpool port, has advised an agreement has been reached with the union and will be put to union members later this week.
Should there be any further developments likely to impact on your shipments following the ballot of Liverpool port union members, we will ensure you are kept updated.
