Spanish Lockdown Escalated
The Spanish cabinet has agreed to implement stricter lockdown measures that were announced by Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez on Saturday 28.03.2020.
A halt of all non-essential activities will commence from today (Monday 30.03.2020) until at least Thursday 09.04.2020.
These additional measures have been taken in a bid to control the coronavirus outbreak.
As a result, the majority of Spanish tile and stone suppliers will be closed resulting in loadings being cancelled; ports will remain operational as usual.
