Strong Winds Forecast at Liverpool Port

High winds have been forecast at the Port of Liverpool throughout the coming week, with windspeeds expected to reach over 40 mph.

Ports will cease crane and port operations once windspeeds reach 45 mph. Should this happen and your shipments be directly affected we will advise you accordingly.

With higher windspeeds being forecast, ports may reduce Vehicle Booking Slots in preparation for the adverse weather impacting on port productivity. Neptune will continue working closely with our hauliers to mitigate any delays to scheduled deliveries.
