World Health Day – 7 April 2026

This World Health Day, we are encouraged to stand with science and recognise the role evidence‑based thinking plays in protecting health and wellbeing in the workplace.

 In an office environment, science helps inform everything from ergonomic workstation design and fatigue management to mental health support, air quality, and safe ways of working. These everyday measures may seem small, but together they make a real difference to how we feel, work and perform.

 By engaging with evidence, trusting science‑led guidance and supporting healthy working practices, we can create office environments that protect wellbeing, improve resilience and support people to do their best work, now and into the future.
