A New Home for Wildlife

We’re pleased to share the latest addition to our grounds here at Neptune, a dedicated wildlife and bug area designed to support local biodiversity.

This new space has been carefully created with a variety of plants chosen to attract and support insects, birds, and small wildlife. Whilst it is still in its early stages, we’re looking forward to seeing it develop into a vibrant and thriving habitat as it grows over the coming months.

 Key features include:

• A large, purpose-built bug hotel, surrounded by a natural rockery

• A bird bath and feeding station to encourage bird life

• A hedgehog log tunnel hut, providing a safe shelter for wildlife

• Bee watering stations designed in decorative flower forms to support pollinators

In addition, we are encouraging staff to make use of the space responsibly, including placing suitable, bird-friendly leftover food into the feeding area to help reduce waste.

This is part of our ongoing commitment to improving our environment, making the most of our outdoor space, and creating something that both wildlife and our team can enjoy.
