As part of National Walking Month, we’re highlighting the simple benefits of getting outside and staying active during the working day.
Our office is based in the Tamar Valley National Landscape, nestled alongside our very own forest, orchard, and secret garden, giving us the opportunity to enjoy relaxing walks during lunch breaks and time away from our desks. Alongside this, we encourage movement throughout the day with sit stand desks to support healthier working habits.
